You’d be silly not to join us! After all, it is a historic night for surfing with the auction of the first Liberian surfboard ever made!
Surf Resource Network is hosting their annual “Charity Shindig” at Bird’s Surf Shed in San Diego on July 21st from 6-10pm. The event is to raise money for health and education programming in the community of Robertsport, Liberia.
The first Liberian surfboard ever made will be available for auction at the event along with other great prizes and auction items.
The film “30,000″ will be screened, which captures the experience of two brothers who travel the coast of West Africa, from Casablanca to Cape Town, and spend some quality time in Robertsport.
There will be live music by “Travis Thomas and Friends”, fresh tacos and ceviche provided by “Oscar’s Mexican Seafood”, and cold beer on hand thanks to “Mucho Aloha”.
Please join us for this event and help support Surf Resource Network’s efforts in Liberia.
Space is limited and tickets will sell out.
